As Producer for the Black Trans Women Cookout, I led full-cycle event management, ensuring a seamless and celebratory experience for attendees.

Pre-Event: Coordinated all logistics with Gia Love and Angelito Collective team including vendor selection, menu planning, clothing exchange setup, and goodie bag curation. Managed budgets, allocated funds for talent and vendors, and oversaw financial planning to ensure a smooth and sustainable event.

Day-Of: Directed on-site production to guarantee everything ran smoothly, including food service, vendor operations, clothing exchange, and attendee experience. Ensured each guest felt welcomed and supported while maintaining the flow and energy of the event.

Post-Event: Managed post-event financial reconciliation, processed payments for talent and vendors, and evaluated outcomes to inform future initiatives.

This project highlights my skills in event production, financial management, logistics coordination, and community-centered programming, emphasizing care, inclusivity, and celebration of Black trans joy.
